Services

Please reschedule ahead of time for all appointments. Same day appointments may not be available. For lash clients fills that do not have 40% of lashes left will be charged for a full set due to extra materials and times used. Clients who are 10 pus minutes late may have to be rescheduled and will have to pay the cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment may be charged %50 due last-minute rescheduling. Life does happen, after 2 last minute cancellations a card will be charged. No shows are not accepted and will be charged %100 off the missed appointment.

Sick clients will be rescheduled, please note that we work in very close environments with our clients and we do not want to get other clients or our staff sick. No pets, or extra people, please.

No refunds will be given but if you are unhappy with the product please contact us at thelashfairylounge@hotmail.com to be replaced. Feel free to direct all questions and concerns about your order or a future order to our email above. Shipping in the states is $5 extras.
